Updating Leadership

We have a major crisis of leadership on the planet today.

While issues of a global scale increasingly demand our attention, our leaders so often inhabit a tribal consciousness.

How about we start to dream a different reality?

What would be the impact of leaders coming forth whose hearts were on fire for the one humanity and the earth as a whole, rather than their own political, religious or economic agenda?

What would be the impact of leaders coming forth on a solid foundation of shadow work, soul work, purpose work, bodywork, trauma healing, emotional work, mindfulness, and embodiment training?

What would be the impact today if leaders came forth who embodied such a depth of human maturity that they had integrated the different polarities of our being that are the usual fault lines of conflict:

• Masculine and feminine

• Mind and body

• Purpose and eros

• Striving and surrender

As well as the different cultures and generations of our single humanity into an integrated expression of power, love and service?

What would be the impact of leaders coming forth who don’t see vulnerability as weakness but rather as power?

As a strength of human nature that profoundly connects us, breaks down the walls of walls of separation, and opens our shared hearts to each other?

What would be the impact of leaders coming forth whose agenda is clearly, obviously, and unmistakably love?

Who value integrity above everything else?

Whose leadership is an embodiment of their soul alignment and the vibrant transmission from their body?

What would be the impact of leaders coming forth whose motivation to lead could be genuinely trusted because they have offered themselves up to be penetrated by the Power of the One so fully that their very self has been burned through at its innermost core?
