You took birth for this.

To be here for exactly this time of crisis and disintegration.

Purpose is a vibration. It is life force. It is the eros of your soul.

There are times and seasons in life where initiation comes for us. Initiation into a deeper layer of who we truly are.

One of the areas I consistently find myself working with leadership clients on is what I call the integrated killer. This is an aspect of what we could call both the dark masculine and feminine.

There is a part of the leadership path that I felt to share something on, as I have come across a few beings recently navigating its challenges and wondering if they are in the verge of breakthrough or breakdown.

My body carries many scars,
Scars born from knives, razors and cleavers I took to it,
In the first 22 years of my life,
I call them my tiger stripes.

We are humanity.

We are one being, 8 billion strong.

We are the Earth.

We are one life pouring out from the core of the planet,

Real and true self-love is one of the most challenging and vulnerable topics for beings seeking to lead from their soul in my experience.

I see people's soul.

I think it's a capacity I've always had, and it has been strengthened through the teachings I’ve connected to, and the heartbreak and pain I've experienced on my own path, which has allowed me to feel and see others more deeply.

I am relentless,

I will stop at nothing,

As I strive for the taste of destiny that already exists upon my tongue,

The taste of freedom.

This current piece will focus on what happens once the leader has moved through the muddiest parts of their healing journey and come out on the other side.

There, they start to find the power of spirit.

This piece looks at the healing path that soul-based leaders go on.

My experience has been that the way life unfolds for beings who are in the process of stepping up into leading in the world from their soul purpose has certain shared features that everyone passes through.

Generally, it goes like this…

One way or another, my sense is that an outcome of our current situation is that coronavirus is going to flatten the leadership playing field and initiate a new era of leadership.

What do I mean by that?

In certain tribes in Africa, when an individual is being assessed by the elders as to whether they are destined to become a shaman, they are first asked to show their scars.

There are esoteric teachings that say that during the Second World War more human beings moved through a process of soul initiation than any other time in recorded history.

Leadership is its own path.

In its most authentic form, it is about will.

It is about a willingness.

A willingness to go first.

If I'm honest...

If I let go of any self-censorship or concern about us developing the needed trust for you to receive my truth...

I simply want your hearts.

I want your souls on fire.

Have you heard it?

How could you not have?

The great call of the earth is sounding.

There's a deeper truth…

We have a major crisis of leadership on the planet today.

While issues of a global scale increasingly demand our attention, our leaders inhabit a tribal consciousness.

In science, the word “leader” is deeply tied to how lightning is produced. In meteorology, a leader is a stream of plasma that channels lightning. Leadership and lightning share something in common: both channel power.

The leaders we are calling out for today are those who in some silent inner moment, alone with their souls, have taken responsibility for the earth.

True Power is a quality of spirit – the indestructible core of our being that is deeper than personality and deeper even than soul.
