Leadership is always about power, and yet we humans have huge shadows around power. I support my clients to connect to the source of true power in the core of their being. This power isn’t defined by positions of formal authority or power over anyone else, but is power sourced in the sacred force of Life itself as it resides in the core of one’s heart. Purpose is the eros of the soul. It is that place where we are connected to what turns us on most to share with the world and our greatest gift to give. True leaders are energised by a living vibration of purpose that is alive in their soul and pouring through them into the world. I support leaders to connect to this current, reveal how it wants to express through them, and then live that.

To support the leaders I work with, I leverage my expertise in some of the world’s most powerful teachings on awakening, evolution, and soul initiation. This allows me to see each client as a soul on a path of remembering who they truly are, and to tailer my support uniquely to the transformation that wants to happen so they can step into living, loving, and leading from their soul most powerfully.

Purpose and our personal healing journey go hand in hand. As we step up to take a stand for the purpose that wants to come through us, what also rises are the most tender and vulnerable places in us that are in need of healing. I have supported leaders for over a decade to heal and resolve the traumas and pains that seem to block their ability to fully share their gifts with the world.  

Service

Soul-driven leaders serve. They have purified the motivation driving their work to reveal the love within their soul, which simply wants to give to the world. When a leaders is anchored in this place, they discover and activate the purpose, love, and creativity that wants to come through them and bring it online to serve their community and the world.

Real impact in the world comes through drawing on the power in the core of our being to flow through our purpose and service into manifestation. I support the leaders I work with to bring their work all the way through into manifestation so that it truly lands in the world in service-oriented projects, businesses, trainings, and organisations.
