THE PILLARS OF THIS PROGRAM

Embodiment

Many men have a deeply disconnected relationship with their own body. They try to perform in an attempt to become a better lover. This is the basis of the numbness, over-excitement, erectile, or ejaculatory issues so many men experience. Yet ultimately the attempt to force the body to perform only increases disconnection from themself and others. Healing this requires we first prioritise cultivating a healthy relationship to our own body, energy, and emotions. We need to be able to sense, connect to, and be in loving relationship with what is happening in our body - sensations, feelings, and needs. This allows our body to relax, and we can then show up in our sexual life from a place of grounded self-connection and somatic regulation.

Healing

To show up as a man who can share a deeply connected erotic experience with someone else, we must first have come into right relationship with ourselves. This requires us to take full responsibility for our own healing journey. It requires us to own our vulnerability, our needs, and boundaries, and recognise where we must develop more awareness of these in others. It involves a total commitment to no longer abandon or override our own body in an attempt to perform. This invites us to heal our relationship with ourselves, to recognise that healthy sex itself is a field of healing, and to show up as someone who can truly share and co-create erotic experiences with others based on authenticity, vulnerability, and transparent communication.

Attunement

To be an attuned lover is to have the capacity to deeply listen, sense, and respond to what is moving in one’s own body and that of others. This allows the flow of eros to dance in a way that is responding to what is true for the bodies involved. Attunement allows us to learn the language of sensuality. It allows us to precisely sense the pace of connection and opening that wants to happen in an encounter and when something in us or someone else has a boundary or needs more time. Learning to listen to the bodies involved in this way liberates eros from performance attempts and identity-based agendas into a dance of pleasure, authenticity, connection, exquisite sensuality, and life force.

presence

To be fully available to the primal power and beauty of sexuality, a man must have presence. Presence allows him to give himself deeply into his embodied experience and desire while never becoming consumed by it. Such a man never loses connection to his heart while he is connecting with someone else. No matter how fully he opens to the force of sexual energy running through him, he can always stop, pause, breathe, and be conscious, from his heart, with whatever is coming up in himself and those he is engaging with. This is what makes a man truly trustable in sexuality.

Heart

A man’s heart in sexuality must be the integration point and compass for how he shows up. His heart is the doorway to the power of his essence. His heart is where he stays connected with his own feelings, needs, energy, and boundaries. His heart is where is continually staying attuned to the other being(s) he’s engaging with. His heart tells him the moments he can fully let go into the passion and life force of the moment. His heart tells him when is a moment for presence, slowness, and simply being with whatever is arising.

desire

It is a deep work for a man to un-shame and fully own his erotic desire. For most men, the first layers of desire they contact are expressions of the mind and its various layers of conditioning. It is a deep work for a man to peel back these conceptual layers, realise the distortions of his erotic energy that have arisen in earlier phases of his life, own the growth and healing work they point him to, and reveal the deeper desires of his soul, his heart, and his body. When a man taps into these layers of desire and learns to express them maturely and without attachment, they can activate incredible fields of turn on, passion, and erotic life force.

power

Many men, as they attempt to become more conscious in their sexuality, repress or deny the primal power of masculine eros in their bodies. Given the level of pain that exists in the world from the misuse of this energy, there can be fear of it. And yet, for a man to truly show up in the fulness of himself in sexuality, he must have awakened to the sacred power within him. This is the power of spirit at the core of his soul, in the core of his heart, and in his animal body. He must learn to remember who he is in this raw and sacred power, and then integrate it with love, presence, connection, and deep somatic attunement.

I am someone who has been through a profound journey of being taught by my own body what it means to be available for truly breathtaking sexuality.

This has required a deep process of rewiring my original conditioning. It has required me to face myself, own my traumas and fears, show up for my own healing, and learn to make contact with the true voice of the primal essence of my body underneath those layers and express that in a way that is aligned with my heart, consciousness, and integrity.

I know well the pressure and pain that men live swim in, like an ocean, to perform and validate their insecure identity through sex.

In my own path, once I suffered enough through the consequences of my own disconnection and overriding of my body to fully commit to listen and respect it as my first priority, entirely new levels of amazing sex became part of my life.
