People in my field are empowered. We all have certain qualities we radiate, and for me, a core one of those is unconditional empowerment. The people around me tend to experience an activation of the power and life-force within them that catalyses them into fuller, more radical living, loving, and showing up for their path. When someone joins The Vanguard, there is an energetic empowerment that comes online simply by virtue of being part of this field.

purpose

Purpose is the eros of the soul. Our soul purpose is what turns us on most to give into the world, and is simultaneously our greatest service to bring to our community. Connecting to the living vibration of our soul purpose and uncovering how it wants to express through service is the foundation of soul-based leadership. Supporting people in this process is a major focus of The Vanguard.

Acceleration

A regular piece of feedback I receive is that my work provides a rapid acceleration container for people’s development. I regularly see a catalytic shift in the speed that people’s path starts to unfold when we begin to work together. I am mindful to make sure this remains within the capacity of the individual so that it’s not too much, and we work to find that goldilocks zone where their path is online at a powerful new level of unfolding, and yet they are simultaneously able to feel grounded, rested, and regulated. When this is the track we’re on, shifts can happen regularly that otherwise might take years.

community

Community is deeply important in the path of soul-based leadership development. We often grow most fully when we are reflected in the gaze of others who know and understand the path we are on. The Vanguard provides an incubation space for soul-driven leaders to feel themselves as part of a wave of new leadership rising on the planet today. It supports new friendships and bonds between people who are learning to take their stand in this process, and allows each person to feel held in their journey by the community.

healing

Purpose and our personal healing journey go hand in hand. As we step up to take a stand for the purpose that wants to come through us, what also rises are the most tender and vulnerable places in us that are in need of healing. Some of those are collective and held by us all. Some are unique to each of us are are based on our different experiences in life. The Vanguard supports leaders in the process of meeting these deep places of vulnerability within by bringing to them the love that heals, and resolving the traumas and pains that seem to block their ability to fully share their gifts with the world.  

service

Soul-driven leaders serve. They are awakening to the realisation that they are here to contribute to the collective evolution of our world by bringing their unique expression of purpose. That might express itself in some kind of project, training, business, or organisation, or in some other way they serve their community. The Vanguard supports soul-driven leaders to find their right place to serve those around them from a place that is authentically plugged into the purpose, love, and creativity of their soul.

manifestation

To truly serve, our purpose wants to flow all the way through into manifestation. The leaders in my field are not just dreaming visions of the future, but are actually manifesting concrete contributions to it. The Vanguard holds each leader accountable to their goals in landing their unique contribution to the shift happening on the planet. Whatever the scale of that contribution we know that every single one of them is needed, as humanity can only find its way through the current crisis when each one of us shows up to hold and bring through our unique piece. The Vanguard fiercely supports each person in this process.
