Bring Forth Your Soul-Based Leadership - It's Time

There are esoteric teachings that say that during the Second World War more human beings moved through a process of soul initiation than any other time in recorded history.

That was because the situation was intense enough, demanding enough, inescapable and unavoidable enough, for people to have to make clear decisions, moment to moment, about what they truly stood for. And they had to do this – to dig deep and summon everything most true in themselves – in spite of the consequences, not because of them.

Everything I’m connected to tells me that we’ve now entered another such period in humanity’s journey. And in the midst of the global pandemic that has no end in sight, the cascade of now almost certain economic consequences, likely political ruptures and the escalation of the environmental crisis, it’s going to be a time when all of us are forced to get very clear on what we stand for.

Such times bring great pain. And they also provide a burning ground for souls that are ready to step into the emergent power of their purpose, their gifts to share, and the leadership that is uniquely theirs to bring to their communities.

In the mineral kingdom diamonds are forged in the depths of the earth because that is the only environment where the heat and pressure are intense enough to create the unique lattice arrangement of carbon atoms that produces their virtually indestructible hardness, clarity, electrical conductivity and strength.

Now is the time for the emergence of the diamond nature in humanity.

Now is the time for a new leadership to emerge – one that rather than being based on formal positions of authority, is sourced in each being’s connection to the current of purpose, inspiration, drive and passion to serve that comes from alignment with their soul.

This form of leadership is not limited to what formal roles and positions people are holding. It’s open to anyone who is willing to go within and prioritise the guidance and growing clarity of purpose coming from their soul first, and enter the adventure of living from that place.

In my experience, it often takes people coming to their own individual crisis of meaning before they are willing to do this. Up until now, history has been kind to many of us in giving us the time to go through this process, or approach it, according to our own schedule.

Now though, things have changed. The time for each of us to have our own open ended individual process that will bring us to that inevitable crisis that demands our opening to something deeper, is up. Now, the alarm for the planet as a whole is ringing. Now, we’re each going to have to decide according to the earth’s schedule.

I feel very clear that the time I am here for has begun. And that is about the emergence of humanity as a conscious, awake species, living in harmony with each other, the earth and cosmos. I feel clear that this is our destiny and that we have now entered the deepest valley of the collective initiation that is going to lead us there.

As we traverse this very challenging territory on the way to our emergence, everyone’s gifts are needed. All souls committed to their emergence at this critical point in history are called to stand and bring forth who they are in service of the whole.
