The Initiation of Self-Love in Soul-Driven Leadership
Real and true self-love is one of the most challenging and vulnerable topics for beings seeking to lead from their soul in my experience.
A lot of people have amazing vision.
Some have genuine alignment with the transmission and purpose of what their soul wants to bring through.
But it's a whole other thing to have crossed that line where you have taken a stand for love being the simple and basic ethic of your own relationship with yourself - all the way down to your most tender and perhaps shameful parts.
No one can do it for you.
And it might seem less significant than the big vision and image of being an empowered leader living on purpose.
But when real self-love has landed in a leader, it changes everything.
There are portals that leader can now walk through, collaborations that can happen, and a stability of their power and service that are simply not possible before self-love has landed ALL THE WAY THROUGH.
This doesn't mean they don't still have vulnerable parts, or places of shadow, fear, grief or shame of course.
It does mean though that the inner war has ended, and that when such parts come up, the commitment is to meet them with love, because that is the basic ethic of what you stand for, inside and out.
Self-love comes down to a choice for what you truly stand for.
Not everyone is ready for that choice. It's confronting. But I also perceive that sometimes people can go round and round on this one, long overdue to finally make that choice and take that stand.
Entering into this level of intimacy with the leaders I work with turns me on massively.
To enter that sacred space with someone where we are going all in for that person's fullest, most exposed and empowered soul emergence in our work together, is incredibly special to me.
It's that intimacy of soul fire to soul fire - soul heart to soul heart - dedicated to bringing more life force, power and love to that person's service.
